Anybody can use it… I set up my own site in less than 10 minutes. It took… I kid you not.. TWO clicks. Then I watched it go. Another click took me right to my site!

There are some things that I had to do to it after that… and Bill and Mike’s videos took me through every SINGLE step.

Did you read these guy’s story? You can read it here.

They’re 2 programmers that met in the Warrior Forum, and decided to collaborate. From that partnership, they made a MONSTER of a traffic pulling software… that they shared with NO one… and made a fortune. Then.. they decided to share it with us “regular people”.

You can get it now here… You won’t regret it!

Not only is Ran doing video, he’s also getting major major players to recommend his training. Good stuff.

I have a great case study for you guys and a solid example of how to setup a dream team in any niche for any business or project.

A highly successful Chinese-Canadian Actor, Producer, Director friend of mine, Albert M. Chan, approached me about a film that he was creating called Descendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future about 2 months ago.

As he’s explaining the project to me at his Boston home, a few things are going through my head.

A) He was humble and aware of the fact that he needed help in certain areas, that were outside of his expertise. A great start. A lot of Producers (and businessmen) try to go way outside of their comfort zone and expertise and that can leed to their failure.

B) He had already begun creating a really solid team.

Emmy®-Nominated Cinematographer Cira Felina Bolla

Albert himself.

And now he was talking to me about marketing/fund raising ideas and bringing me on as a Producer.

That’s not even the half of it.

Chances are you’re not in the film industry, so I’m going to tell you how huge of a deal the above bullets are.

First of all, Albert’s first movie that he ever produced Fate Scores he also directed and starred in. That alone is not an easy task to take on all 3 of those responsibilities. The even more impressive part is the massive amount of mainstream success he’s had with the film.

Fate Scores is literally the most successful short film that I know of that has come out of Boston. It WON awards in Toronto and Canadian film festivals (Albert is from Canada originally.) Fate Scores has been featured in MAJOR U.S. film festivals such as Sedona International Film Festival and Boston International Film Festival amongst numerous other Film Festivals in New York and across the country. Major players in the business are and have been seeing this film. (Btw, I was an actor in the film!)

Albert’s acting career skyrocketed. He’s landed major representation and numerous roles in feature films and TV. He had great roles in films such as Ghost of Girlfriend’s Past (was in theaters nation wide), Every Day (featured at the TRIBECA Film Festival) and Life of Lemon amongst numerous other movies. He had great roles on TV shows such as Brotherhood, Law & Order SVU and now Body of Proof. The list goes on.

Cire Felina Bolla is a highly successful cinematographer. She was nominated for an EMMY. Her resume is insane, and she’s worked on films such as Life of Lemon and had involvement with shows such as House. Did I mention she was nominated for an Emmy? Enough said.

My involvement? Marketing, fund raising & production help. Albert’s had tremendous success in the past with marketing and getting Fate Scores in major film festivals (and now a likely distribution deal.) He has come to me for additional marketing and fund raising strategies for Descendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future.

So, What do I think makes up a great team (in any business or market) ?

A creative person(s) that comes up with the original idea.

Someone that drives the project. This is usually the same person that came up with the idea in the first place, as they tend to be the most motivated.

Solid crew and talent to do things like Film and Act in the movie (using the above example.)

And a really solid marketing team. These people need to be both creative as well as people who can execute and make things happen.

Or you can try to do it all yourself, and have one heck of an uphill battle. Not recommended

I suggest teamwork. Build your team using some of the above ideas. Make sure you find people that are relatively self motivated or find a way to motivate them to work efficiently!

Want to be part of Descendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future?

Watch the video, explaining the film.

Donate some cash and I’ll give you a free 30 minute Skype consult on any marketing or business topic you want. Email me after you donate and we’ll set it up. Check out the different donation levels, you can get some really cool stuff and credits in the film.

It all started back in January of 2008. A young entrepreneur named Ryan Eagle registered EWANetwork.com. EWA Private Network has literally changed the entire affiliate marketing business in less than 2 1/2 years.

Prior to 2008, all of the affiliate networks were mostly big corporations and very straight laced. The other networks all had the same idea of “how an affiliate network should be run”. They were about to be in for a big surprise.

Ryan and a group of friends decided that they were going to go completely against the grain and instead of starting yet another cookie cutter affiliate network, they were going to do something completely different.

They walked in like they owned the place. They made bold statements, big promises…

They offered to BEAT ANY PAYOUT any other network would give. And they followed through.

They offered to GET ANY OFFER that any other network had (or something damn close.) And they followed through again. Not only did they offer to get those offers, but they promised to get them in 3 DAYS. Yes, in 3 days they would get any offer you can find elsewhere, beat the payout, and pay you faster than the other network. Crazy? Real.

They offered to PAY WEEKLY from day 1. And again, they followed through. Not just with me, or my friends, but everyone reaped these benefits.

Ok, yada, yada, great benefits, but are they smart? Are they going to help you become successful?

Uhh. Yes!

Ryan Eagle personally writes on my Facebook wall motivating me to go make some cash. And he’s not even my assigned affiliate manager!

He sends emails all the time with case studies and really good tips. R-e-a-l-l-y good tips and techniques that work. They are open about running offers in-house on the network. And do you know why that is? So they can tell affiliates what works and what doesn’t. They aren’t competing with you, they are giving you tactics (if you need them.)

Now, it’s not just Eagle that has some serious knowledge of affiliate marketing. Their entire affiliate manager lineup only consists of people that have made a lot of money doing affiliate marketing themselves. And now they can get 10x, 20x, 100x or more in terms of results by scaling up and having affiliates do what they were doing.

Follow their lead already and sign up on EWA. I’m not getting any commissions to tell you to go sign up to their network, these is a totally honest review of their network. Just go to EWANetwork.com or click here.

One last thing. They are a private invite only network (which is a good thing, so that there aren’t 15,000 affiliates competing against you on every offer.) Feel free to tell them that you found their site from DailyConversions.com and maybe they will let you in!

Profit Kings Media is a 1 year old Affiliate Network with a very bright future. They are specialized, dedicated and over the last year have really honed in on their competitive edge and are going to start to become a real force in the industry.

There are some very important reasons why I recommend using a network like Profit Kings Media over one of the huge “corporate” networks. First of all, they pay better, pay faster and have smarter affiliate managers who actually know the game. Not only do the affiliate managers know the game, they actually test run the offers in-house to make sure that the offers they push are actually converting profitably for people.

It really bothers me when networks recommend offers without testing them! A lot of the big “corporate” networks actually do this. They will recommend an offer just based on pure speculation. In the Affiliate Marketing world, speculation can be your death. PKM is well aware of this and they will not recommend an offer to you unless they have personally tested it and are confident (based on the numbers) that it is profitable and can be scaled up.

The level of personal attention at PKM is tremendous. They’ll sit on AIM with you and go through every step of your campaign, helping you optimize and tweak where needed or recommend where to begin in the first place. That’s something that not every network will actually do. Many say they do, but they don’t.

Screenshot of PKM Mission Statement

Profit Kings Media Breakdown:

Offers: Specializing in niches like gaming, edu, mobile, financial, biz opp, health, beauty and dating.

Competitive Edge: Street payouts are generally higher than what you get bumped to on other networks and they will beat any payout you can find elsewhere.

Payment Terms: Weekly from day 1. Daily if your volume exceeds 5 figures.

Payment Methods: ACH, Wires and Checks.

Tracking Platform:Linktrust

Affiliate Training: They send out network emails showing you where and how to run offers, scaling, optimization, campaign guides, tips and advice; unlike the spam you get from most networks (“hottest offers!!!”.)

All those reasons above are very legitimate, although here’s the real reason why you should sign up with PKM right now.

I’ve noticed that since this is a (relatively) new network, the level of competition for their high quality offers is very slim. You won’t have 100 people trying to promote the offers in the exact same ways that you are. If you are newer in the industry then you might not realize how important this is but it’s VERY crucial. If you have hundreds and hundreds of competitiors running the same offers in the same way as you, it can be much more difficult. But, with PKM in particular you’re not going to have that problem as they are relatively new and there are not a ton of affiliates running traffic for each offer. In same cases the number of competitors might be in the single digits, that’s a breath of relief and knowing this you should be jumping all over this network right now if you’re not already.

I contacted the owner of Profit Kings Media for comment on my blog article on his network, and asked him the following question.

Me: If someone was debating joining your network over another network and they asked you to convince them by telling them something unique about your network which is not on your homepage, what would you tell them?

Yousif’s Response: “We absorb the risk between the advertisers and affiliates. In cases where the advertiser doesn’t pay their bill, the affiliates don’t suffer. We instead take the hit and cover our affiliates. Other networks would simply blame it on the advertiser and not pay out.”

Wow, that’s all I have to say. I went and verified this fact with some other existing affiliates that I know whom are in the network. Let me just say this. There are maybe a handful AT most of networks in the entire Affiliate Marketing business that would pay you if an advertiser didn’t pay for whatever reason or went bankrupt. It’s good to know that you are in the hands of a network that will pay you for your conversions no matter what happens on the advertiser end. And that’s how it should be. It’s a shame that more networks aren’t doing this.

It also says something about the stability of a network to know that they have the cash on hand to pay quickly regardless if a particular advertiser pays or not. There are a lot of newer networks in the Affiliate Marketing business that don’t have enough liquid cash on hand to properly run their network regardless if they are dealing with non paying advertisers or not. Not having enough cash on hand will lead to payment delays, ‘missing’ conversions and lots of trouble for the affiliates. Stick with a network that has the capital to actually run their network properly. A good way to determine this is by finding out what their policy on payment in the event that an advertiser goes bankrupt/doesn’t pay (and it should be in the terms of service to make it official.)

Conclusion:

Profit Kings Media is a network that I’d strongly recommend. They have all their ducks in a row as far as policy, payment options, payment speed, affiliate communication, personal coaching, infrastructure, affiliate manager knowledge, quality offers and other key ingredients of a successfull affiliate network.

The other day I was talking to a fellow marketer and after telling him about all the successful projects and consulting ventures that I’m currently running, he said “How do you do it all?”

The easy answer is to say “I stay focused when I’m working”. I get my work done and then do the other things that I enjoy doing afterward.

But, truthfully it’s the organization more than anything and the dynamic routine that helps me more than anything.

One of the MAJOR traps that I notice a lot of newer (and even some experienced) marketers get into is spending too much time socializing on forums, gossiping on AIM and endlessly reading articles.

Here is how I counteract that and balance my days so that I can read everything I want, socialize all I want as well as get all my work done and make money.

I like to read several blogs on a daily basis and see what everyone else is talking about, just like everyone else. It’s very common for someone to inspire me or give me motivation to try something that I may not have otherwise done. For that reason I read several blogs & RSS feeds on a regular basis.

I use Google Reader for my RSS feeds, so that I can access them on any computer at any location all at once. And I don’t have to worry about software or what operating system I’m on. This allows me to read them all quickly without having to load 15 separate URLs. I just pull up DailyConversions.com and Google.com/reader. Simple as that and I have all my RSS blog posts at my finger tips.

I’ve done you a favor and pulled the RSS feed URLs so you can insert them directly into Google Reader and have everything ready to go in 5 minutes. Just jump on your Google account and click over to Google.com/reader and you’ll see an Option to “Add A Subscription” right on the top left corner of the page. Add the following RSS feeds and this will give you a good base of feeds to read on a daily basis, you can expand as you go. A good source to find more is AFFBuzz.com

Here’s the list of Quality RSS, Twitter and Faceebok URLS (just to name a few)

DailyConversions
RSS: http://feeds.feedburner.com/DailyConversions
Twitter: http://twitter.com/dailyconversion
Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/DailyConversionscom/103341103032800

Facebook: http://facebook.com/jonathanvolkdotcom

PPC.bz

Ian Fernando

CashTactics

Justin Dupre
RSS: http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=justindupre
Twitter: http://twitter.com/justin_dupre

MrGreen
RSS: http://feeds.feedburner.com/mrgreenam

PPV Playbook
RSS: http://ppvplaybook.com/blog/feed/rss/

Profit Addiction
RSS: http://feeds.feedburner.com/profitaddiction
Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/profitaddiction
Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/Profit-Addiction/357755759303

All in one convenient spot so you can just go through and add them all at once. Don’t forget to add the Twitter and Facebook’s as well. Stay connected and do all of this at once, one time per day (ok maybe 2 or 3 if you are like me). But honestly, having an RSS reader setup is a much more efficient way of checking all of these sources and you’ll save hours per day if you’re like me and want to read everything that’s going on in the industry.

My business consists of numerous ventures and time management is a very legitimate concern. Take the time to setup your RSS Reader so that you can go to these all at once and not get caught up in visiting 25 sites multiple times per day. Pick a time each day that you’re going to do your RSS reading, maybe that will be 1, 2 or 3 times per day. Set a time limit. It works, you’ll end up saving time by not endlessly getting caught up in reading as an excuse not to do your own work. Don’t forget to come to DailyConversions.com directly though, I give bonuses and special content which is not available to RSS Readers. If I’m forgetting any really important blogs feel free to leave a comment.

On LinkedIn you can find all sorts of people looking for jobs and business networking opportunities as well as networking and updating their profiles for current jobs that they are happy with. Towards the bottom I’ll give you a big Split Testing trick, but first let’s explore what you NEED to know about LinkedIn.

Targeting for B2B and tough demographics such as a certain type of corporate executive or company size can be tough. Most people don’t realize that LinkedIn has a DirectAds program. For around $3 CPM (or a pricey CPC option) you can display similar ads (text and image) as you can on Facebook, to ultra targeted demographics. There are lots of business people on LinkedIn and it’s premium ad space for any product that they might be interested in. However, you have to realize WHY and *WHEN* they are on the site in order to capitalize on it on top of just knowing the demographic.

For the sake of saving money, I would suggest figuring out your effective CPC elsewhere then bidding CPM on LinkedIn, their CPC tends to be very pricey. You can select all sorts of options such as what size of a company they work for, what their particular profession is and etc.

This is PREMIUM ad space for any type of B2B product or other product that targets people working at small to large companies. Most of the people on LinkedIn are employed and then from there you have the ability to target to all size companies with various other specific demographic related options. People generally are fairly accurate with their LinkedIn profile, maybe even more-so than Facebook, which is VERY good for marketers that know their demographics.

Advertising for services can be effective on LinkedIn as well. People go to LinkedIn for several reasons. They go their for work related updates to their profile & networking, and if they are thinking about work and see a relevant ad that could benefit their company they are likely to click it right at work. They also go there when they are at home, looking for another job, updating their profile or doing some networking outside of work.

The most important aspects of LinkedIn DirectAds are 1) Demographic targeting (which is almost exclusively how their ads are targeted) and 2) Understanding why, when and where people are accessing their account. (If someone is at home and fed up with their Job then I highly doubt that they are going to be interested in a product/service that benefits their current company.)

Time of Day Rotation Script

Here’s a BIG tip about making a successful LinkedIn campaign. As of the time of this writing DirectAds has the ability to do all sorts of cool things as far as how to target VERY specifically to a demographic. The problem, is that you can’t target to the time of day!

A businessman AT work is not likely to click on anything that his current employer would not approve of, such as any type of business opportunity. Whereas someone at home would be much more likely to look at that. Similarly, a businessman at home is less likely to be interested in something that his current company can benefit from, whereas if he his AT work, it would be more likely that he would click and take a look.

For these and many more similar reasons, we need to test LinkedIn by the time of day. Here’s the basic PHP script to do so (note, you can also target by Day of the week as well with a similar code). Put this code on an index.php page and send your DirectAds traffic to index.php. The actual landing page codes should be in index2.php and index3.php. Note: You can set this up with many more variations. You can hire a PHP programmer on DP to write you a script for your exact case for $15-20 or contact me if u want free help.

<?php
$hour = date(“G”);
if ($hour < 6) $page = “index2.php”;
if ($hour > 6) $page = “index3.php”;

include $page;
?>

So with this you are showing one variation during the day and one variation at night. Keep in mind, this php code works on your SERVERS time, not your computers time, so be sure to calculate that or write a more detailed script to account for all the time zones that you are targeting. If you need help use the contact me at the top of the page. The point here is to give you an ah-ha moment in realizing that its not just about the demographic especially when we are targeting B2B, business opportunity or other business related people/products. Time of day is very important!

Did you know – MySpace, one of the biggest Social Networks in the world has an Ad Service known as MyAds.

I recommend MyAds for a few reasons:

1) They actually have customer support that will give you more than just a canned response. They will not only help you setup your campaign on a technical level, they will give you creative advice.

2) They truly understand that the “little guys” make up the bulk of their revenue and contrary to Facebook, they don’t make it hard for little guys to spend a small amount of money every day testing out a campaign.

3) MySpace has a wide open demographic, literally every group is represented on MySpace.

4) They tend to be less expensive CPC/CPM wise than Facebook, at least in my experience.

Watch the videos, it’s worth watching, then sign up at MyAds.com for an advertiser account. Just watching the videos you should get a pretty good idea of what could possibly convert on MySpace.
